Standard shipping is free to the supported destinations available in our checkout. Select your country in the store footer to see the currency for your region. Checkout confirms whether delivery is available to your address.

Any available delivery estimate and the final shipping options are displayed during checkout. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If your parcel arrives damaged or tracking shows a delivery problem, contact jollyveil@outlook.com with your order number and any relevant photos.

Order Processing Priority affects the processing queue; it is not an express carrier service. Import duties or local charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout when available and otherwise follow the destination’s rules.
